This can build trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders, ultimately leading to tremendous success in the field. Finally, recording and reflecting on one’s practice also allows individuals to identify areas of strength and weakness and to create an improvement plan. By reflecting on past experiences, people professionals can gain insights into their performance and develop strategies for improvement. This can lead to better decision-making and problem-solving skills, benefiting the professional and their clients or organization.
