If one wants to be a skilled communicator, knowledge transfer must be done, but more importantly, one must explore to be receptive and connected with people. By understanding traditional norms and cultures and tolerating differences, people can develop solid interpersonal connections and achieve consensus (Eko & Putranto, 2019). It is a helpful skill in terms of professional life because it is the basis for constructive conversations, cooperative operations, and creating the most favorable features for a team.
