Abstract

Kanban Change Management and Customer Value are two significant ideas utilized in project monitoring and leadership to guarantee project success and client satisfaction. To ensure project success and customer happiness, project managers can employ Kanban Change Management and Customer Value concepts to project control and monitor projects.
Reasons for adopting change
Coventry University London has decided to purchase numerous properties near Liverpool Street Station in order to provide better school institutions for its students. By acquiring the additional buildings, the institution will be capable of providing its students with a complete learning opportunity. By offering state-of-the-art conference rooms and sophisticated facilities, the infrastructure projects will improve the educational experience.
