Also, Officially, Amazon is considering a system of underground tunnels to deliver goods. They’ve just filed a patent for a system that uses vacuum tubes and conveyor belts to ship packages and containers. The patent claims this delivery system would reduce road congestion, increase productivity, and improve reliability. In addition, Amazon has unveiled Sparrow, a new intelligent robotic system that it claims speeds up the fulfillment process by transporting individual products before packaging.

The organization’s ownership, customer obsession, and innovation values have helped increase its productivity.
