It is also essential to know what organizations mean when they talk of having work that is project-based and structured. Other terms include principles of project management, organizational structure, project automation, natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence, and machine learning, which will be studied further in the study.

The comprehensive research on the topic of using new technologies to change project management at the University of Houston College of Technology will be based on the study and understanding of various management and leadership theories. On the other hand, I would like to acknowledge that approaching project management through the lenses of new technology is quite a new idea that has not been massively explored for a long time, and therefore, long-term consequences of transforming project management for large organizations such as the University of Houston College of Technology cannot be predicted effectively, since the technological tools that are highly depended on are still under development such as artificial intelligence and machine learning among others.
