Context of the Client Problem

The challenge in the Impart Ltd Consultancy Firm is the inability to create a brand image for the company to make it sell. The problem emanates from the company’s difficulties in conducting recruitment events for employees annually which deprives the company’s capacity to create an attractive workplace. The company fails to run the recruitment events annually, and employees currently delivering have no mix of expertise. The employees are reluctant to any change process and always feel the current status of the methods used in consultancy by the company are adequate. The company needs to offer better skills to the employees and training that satisfies the clients. Therefore, there needs to be more implementation of the upcoming techniques since the employees are contented, adversely affecting the company’s brand image. Clients, therefore, get used to the same methods and consultancies for a long time, decreasing their morale in attending to the company’s services.

Secondly, the company can also not create a brand image for itself due to the decreased level of digitalization. The company does not utilize freelancing techniques, which gives it much competition compared to other consultancy firms doing freelancing. The company requires the clients to send their requests through the mail, a manual system in the current more digital world. Unlike other companies that use Applicant Tracking System (ATS), a digital platform, Impart LTD relies on emailed CVs in their recruitment process and does not have room for freelancing. Thirdly, the inability to establish a brand image is due to the high costs accompanying the establishment of assessment centers. Financial stability is critical for the success of any company (Vovchenko et al., 2017). Typically, a consultancy firm requires a set up of an assessment center where consultants settle to attend to the client’s issues. Such an establishment would be costly, and if not done, the company, without its known locality, won’t sell the brand. Failure by the company to address the challenge, then its efforts in consultancy will be outperformed by other companies due to competition.

The company needs to establish assessment centers, run annual recruitment events, or adopt higher freelancing technologies due to the associated costs of running the firm. Marques et al. The clients would bid in a freelance mode without necessarily sending their CVs manually through the mail. The brand image would make the workplace attractive to the employees improving their productivity and giving way for annual recruitment events. In addition, the research would provide suggestions on the areas in which employees require training to improve their work output. Cooperation with other consultancy firms would be excellent in devising ways to reduce competition in the industry. However, if the research is to be conducted, then Impart Consultancy firm would stay caught up in a brand image, making it suffer competition and high operating costs due to low output by workers and few clients served.
