Donair Dude is one of the most common businesses, or rather the company mainly supplying food materials to individuals across the Canadian country. Donair Dude is known to be a food Francinese famous by the Canadian government. One of the most critical terms about beings is that they prefer healthy food that will benefit their body at any given point (Ashton, 2019). Health food has several benefits to the body of living organisms, and most beings are ready to have enough healthy food to spend on.

Due to this fact, Donair Dude made the supply of healthy food to the beings one of the leading businesses carried out at any given time. This is important since people can easily access healthy food anywhere. Most other companies provide a wide variety of food materials that must be certified. Due to this fact, most customers are set to divert to Donair Dude because realising healthy food is one of the basic requirements for excellent quality that customers require. This has been one of the main activities carried out by Doniar Dude for several years, making the company one of the world’s biggest and most popular known health food suppliers worldwide and within the Canadian communities.

Summary

The primary driving agents are required at any given time for Doniar Dude Company to run towards the desired directions. The main driving agents are the objectives. Objectives summarise the company’s primary goal at any given time, which is the sole motivator for achieving the main goal (Corapi, 2020). Lack of adequately set goals in any given company or instead the business can lead to various consequences that include; challenges, primarily when the company is being differentiated from the competitors, the company finding it very hard to retain and more so attract talents at any given time, motivation issues between and among the individuals who are working in the company at any given time, company finding it very difficult to come up with the decisions that are based on various situations and lastly lack of direction.

In line with the basic productions in The Donair Dude, we have to offer an analysis of the firm’s external environment. This includes the analysis of the ecological, economic, technological, social, economic, and political factors that affect a number of the food industries at any given time. These factors will help the company, especially in identifying the main challenges affecting companies at any given time (Block, 2015). In order to offer the analysis of the competition as one of the other challenges, we need to major on Porters 5 forces that, includes; Rivalry among existing competitors, bargaining powers of the buyers, the threat of substitutes, the threat of new entrants and lastly,,,,,,,, bargaining power of the suppliers. When accessing the firm intellectual assets, we need to focus more on the knowledge economy, human capital, social capital and protecting the intellectual assets (Clark, 2019). Formulation of the internal and international business strategy is also the other key factor discussed. This offers the atmosphere from which the business, at any given time, is solving various challenges. Strategies are always laid down, especially when the company wants to archive given goals at any given time and solve any given challenge facing the company at any given period.

Lastly, we have a formulation of the business strategy. As indicated, this is the idea through which the business’s goals are set to predict the future stand of the business. These are more set to make the company or the business run towards achieving specific aims. For example, in our case with Doniar Dude company, we laid the company’s strategy dwelling with the five porters generic competition strategies. This includes the idea of the company lowering the cost of the products and offering the marketing process of the products, especially in places where competition seems to cease.

Company mission and vision

Donair Dude Company needs a fundamental vision and mission. Most companies have a mission and, more so, the vision that will be utilised in the company’s main goals. In this case, Donair Dude Company lacks a central mission vision. The proposed vision for the Doniar Dude Company aims at being on the front line, especially in providing healthy food to lovers and creating a future flow of healthy foods (Donair, 2016). On the other hand, the company’s proposed mission is to create a good production of healthy food based on the local materials available and having enough ingredients to be utilised to produce delicious and healthy dishes. The main reason we proposed the new vision’s mission is to bring about the current situation of the activities carried out in the Doniar Dude Company.

Vision and mission are the main driving agents of the required activities that need to be carried out in any given company. Considering the current activities being carried out in this company, we decided to develop a new version of the mission vision for the company. The paramount importance of the mission vision at any given time is that this will act as the driving mechanism from where the company will be in the position to achieve all its set goals. This is so because the company will be in a position to have a main motto that will drive the working members in the company setting. This will ultimately make them work extra harder in order for them to achieve the primary target, which forms the main goal of the company at any given time.
