A significant aspect is the development of networking parties, conferences, and notions, especially for bringing social equity applicants and potential partners, investors, and industry leaders together to create valuable linkages. Having the present cannabis businesses work on identifying and linking with the social equity businesses, either through partnerships or joint ventures, will be a truly great way of also ensuring that the present networks and resources can help the cause.

However, corporate leaders should take the lead in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their organizations.
