Hello and Welcome to the podcast for today. I do not know about you, but becoming a fiction author in the future is my ideal career path. I spend a lot of time writing because I enjoy it. I’ll discuss how writing helps me personally in today’s podcast. Please join me in this conversation about a topic many people are reluctant to discuss. I am happy to answer any questions you may have in the areas where you need further information. Writing is a way to express myself, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy it so much. In addition, I get a kick out of being able to impart knowledge to the general public on a variety of life themes. This is the topic of my podcast today because I want to encourage everyone to pursue what they are passionate about, whether it is a profession or a hobby (Nagy, 2019).
To begin, I enjoy writing down my thoughts and feelings. As soon as I sit down to write, I lose track of everything that is going on around me. If you enjoy reading or writing, I am sure you will be able to identify with me. Allen (2020) asserts that realizing your artistic ambitions and recognizing your point of view can provide a great deal of personal fulfillment. In my opinion, this is exactly what we need to be doing. I enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with finishing a piece of writing. I wrote my first story to communicate my feelings of being misunderstood in the family. I was dubbed a “dramatic” person for sharing my feelings with my family. I decided to use my affinity for writing to express my thoughts on the situation. To begin, I created a character with a terrible upbringing, which I explored in this first piece.
In addition to being able to express myself, I also enjoy being able to influence the outcome of my life. Real-world events are out of my control, but what I write is entirely under my control. According to Shin (2018), the actions and personalities of the characters in a story are entirely up to the author. In addition, he claims that authors of books have complete control over the beginning and end of their stories. Being able to wield this power is something I look forward to doing every day; therefore, I tend to agree with him. Self-fulfillment and empowerment are two primary benefits of pursuing a career in what you love (Allen, 2020). Writing is not only a rewarding career but also requires a high degree of originality and creativity if you want to keep your audience engaged all the way through.
Finally, it has always been a goal of mine to educate people about issues that directly impact their daily lives. In the future, I hope to be a fiction writer, but I want to know all the facts about various elements of society to write about them. As I said, familial difficulties emotionally abused me. I did not get along with my siblings and needed a distraction while sad. I had anxiety and depression at times. Emotional distress has no obvious symptoms (Shin, 2018). Abused people are scared to speak up about their difficulties, which lowers their self-esteem. Always check your children’s emotions.
As I wrap up this podcast, I want to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for tuning in. It’s a good idea to look into your subconscious mind. Writing has allowed me to communicate my sentiments and emotions, which has kept me from succumbing to depression.
