Introduction

I hope to obtain a position as a hotel manager. I have chosen this field because I enjoy working with people and am interested in the business aspects of the hospitality industry. I am a people person, and I enjoy working with a team. I am also interested in the marketing and operation of a hotel. I hope to use my skills in these areas to help a hotel run smoothly and efficiently. I am interested in obtaining a position in Hospitality Management because I enjoy working with people and helping them to have a good experience. I have worked in customer service for many years, and I naturally connect with people and make them feel comfortable. I am also very organized and efficient, two important qualities in this field. I believe that my customer service skills, combined with my organizational abilities, would make me an excellent Hospitality Manager. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, and I would love to use my skills to help others have a positive experience. I am excited to learn more about this field and to grow my skills to become the best Hospitality Manager possible. By pursuing my career in Hospitality Management, I will use my skills in various settings, including hotels, restaurants, and event planning.

However, there are some common duties that many people in this field would likely perform on the job each day. There are many advantages to working in hospitality and management. One of the most appealing aspects is travelling and working in different locations. Hospitality positions are often available in resort towns and major cities, so there is the potential to explore new places while also building your career. Additionally, the hospitality industry is growing rapidly, so there are many opportunities for advancement. Another advantage of working in hospitality and management is the flexible work schedule. Many positions in this field offer shifts that allow you to work around your other commitments. It can be especially beneficial for those with families or other obligations that make a traditional 9-5 work schedule difficult. Of course, there are also some disadvantages to working in hospitality and management. One of the biggest challenges is dealing with difficult customers. Those in the hospitality industry must remain calm and professional when angry or dissatisfied guests.

Additionally, the hours can be long and irregular, so it can be not easy to maintain a work-life balance. I chose this profession because I enjoy working with people, and I am interested in the business side of things. I also like the flexibility that this profession offers.
