Introduction
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Omani economy are critical and have been progressively perceived as significant for financial development, work age, and expansion. It is because they are significant supporters of work in Oman, giving open positions to a huge piece of the labor force, especially youth, and ladies (Endris and Kassegn, 2022). As they are many times more work concentrated than bigger ventures, SMEs can ingest excess work and lessen joblessness rates. SMEs are isolated from large, multinational companies since they essentially work unexpectedly. Life as a small and moderate size venture isn’t simple all of the time. This, it leads to an event I had the opportunity to attend in October, along with my group of 5 people. The Coffee and Sweets Expo at the Mall of Muscat in October 2023 gave a novel chance to submerge oneself in the lively universe of culinary pleasures (Mohammad, 2023). As a member on this regarded occasion, my job was significant in overseeing and addressing our picked business. This report ponders my general insight, execution in the assigned role, and the fruitful administration of the business during the exhibition.
Reflections
During the event, I was able to gain more knowledge about the coffee and sweets business. This was the first event that my team was able to host, and lasted for four days. Participating in the Coffee and Sweets Expo gave me a vivid encounter that improved my insight into the food and refreshment industry.
