The company employs more than 700,000 people, and the aim is to bring economic growth opportunities to more people across different global communities. The company offers highly competitive rewards, which make the company a great employer, and one is motivated to become part of the brand in any part of the world where Coca-Cola is located (The Coca-Cola Company, 2024). The company offers base pay, incentives, and benefits for all employees, which makes Coca-Cola a great employer brand. Employees get health coverage and financial incentives and get to enjoy overall well-being. The company brand believes in offering the employees an opportunity to refresh themselves and enjoy working at the company. The company indicates the quality of its products on the career pages and states that the people who wish to join the company will get an opportunity to work with others, making the brand great behind the scenes.
