It is not necessary that only an outsider can see the problems an organization faces. Budgetary restrictions or internal opposition to change in the client’s company may also hinder alignment. Successful goal reconciliation requires both sides to adjust and find common ground. Open and upfront communication throughout the relationship helps manage expectations and resolve issues.

The choice must align with the project’s objectives and the client’s specific needs (Nwajei et al., 2022). Key impact areas include accuracy, precision, efficiency, scalability, interpretability, visualization, cost considerations, and industry-specific requirements. The accuracy and precision determine reliable results, while efficiency and timeliness affect the pace at which insights can be obtained. Scalability and flexibility are indispensable for dynamic projects since the tools that can deal with big data sets or adapt to changing needs will contribute to the project’s success. Interpretation and visualization for clients are important in the analysis of data before a decision-making process. Furthermore, selecting tools that come with high licensing costs or implementation may also affect your project’s budget and lead to unsatisfied customer expectations.
