Themistocles’ military and political life were quite influential due to his self-assured voice. His challenging and opening the democracy to the commoners are well remembered, and he is pictured as the people’s leader. Mixed with inspirational charisma and rhetoric, Themistocles was able to inspire his men and lead them to victory in the most important naval battle fought by the ancient Greeks. Despite the outnumbering, he was able to prescribe important character aspects to the author as being a brilliant communicator. His leadership style of convincing was able to attract men to the Spartan war that he was able to execute and lead his nation to victory. Certain bits of his being, such as arrogance, also enshrines the author.

Under his rule, Zheng He could excessively expand China’s political influence worldwide. He developed new and friendly ties with other nations other than creating trade opportunities to the east and west. His voyage purpose was to communicate China’s softness of power and cultural aspects. Zheng He is advocated most notably as a diplomat and admiration in the Yongle court. Leading his voyages in different routes did establish rich trading routes. He demonstrated a collaborative style of leadership. Its good kind consistently made his seven trips very instrumental in bringing success.
Sir Francis Drake
Leading an adventurous lifestyle, one of his significant achievements was the defeat and destruction of the mighty Armada of Spain. This achievement enabled England to establish an empire other than his identification as the first Englishman to circumnavigate the earth.
Throughout his journey in the sea, he was able to show patience and bravery in his rule. His brilliancy and acting differently with strategic thinking was a key ingredient to most of his success.
Vice-Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson
Lord Horatio is attributed to Great Britain’s success in the long decade of wars with Napoleon Bonaparte. Successful Britain’s naval battles can be attested to his mastermind contributions as Lord Horatio was a strategic visionary and had tactical flexibility. An innate ability enabled him to inspire his men to achieve unexpected possibilities.
Rear Admiral Alfred Thayer Mahan
As a geostrategic and historian, his well-known work through his book widely impacted navies around the world. Best known as a theorist and strategist, he essentially illuminated quality skills on searching for ways to win. His theoretical thinking inspired many people, specifically the author, in his precise approach to ideas.
Rear Admiral Grace Hopper
In creating an essential step towards programming language, she was able to pioneer automatic programming, explore computer coding methods, and make the first linkers. Her positivity and innovative nature encouraged others to approach things differently. Patriotism enabled her to serve her nation with determination in solving wicked problems.

With tenure of service commencing during world war two, he is remembered for playing the pivotal role of creating the first nuclear-powered submarine. At all levels in an organization, he advocated careful management in all levels of effort demanded.
