Each department would have its manager responsible for overseeing its respective department’s operations. Additionally, there would be a team of employees who would be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day tasks of the Company. The Company would also have a customer service team responsible for providing customer support and resolving customer-related issues. This team would be the face of the Company, and it would ensure customers have a positive experience with ReTyre Solutions. The Company would also have an advisory board providing guidance and advice to the C.E.O. and senior leadership. The advisory committee would be made up of industry experts, who would provide guidance and advice on the direction of the Company and the industry as a whole. The personnel of ReTyre Solutions would include a C.E.O., a team of managers and employees, and an advisory board. The Company would hire skilled and experienced personnel who deeply understand the automotive industry and the products that can be created from recycled tires.

Plant Manager:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire tyre recycling process. This includes operating all equipment, managing staff, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and extensive experience in plant management or similar roles. This person should have a demonstrated track record of success in managing production processes, including managing staff and ensuring safety and quality control. They should also have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to manage the plant’s day-to-day operations efficiently.

Maintenance Technician:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment failures and performing regular maintenance on the plant’s machinery. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and extensive experience in maintenance or similar roles. They should have a solid technical background, with knowledge of the different machinery used in the plant. They should also be able to diagnose and fix equipment failures quickly and identify potential problems before they occur.

Safety Manager:

The Safety Manager is responsible for creating and implementing safety protocols and ensuring all personnel follows them. An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in safety management or a related field and extensive experience in safety management or similar roles.
