Questioning Humanity Reflection

Introduction

When you get right down to it, humanity is a big word. Many people regard humanity as human, but others see it as a natural component of life. Few individuals are aware of the term’s true meaning. Humanity is defined as the desire to be treated well and treat others well. This contains all the peripherals tied to human people, from difficult situations to regular routines. The word humanity concludes the philosophy of life, explaining its multiplicity. Knowledge, representation, and decolonization politics affect human beings in society and all living things. This concept is being employed by many professors and philosophers around the world. It is believed that it will spread beyond all borders, with universities speaking on behalf of everyone.

According to the lessons, humans feel that humanity has a limit to some level, yet people offer various instances. It can be applied to anyone, anywhere in the world. There are no ramifications for humanity to consider. This attribute is what allows societies and countries like Bosnia to thrive. When viewed worldwide, the United States of America is a wonderful example of a civilization in which humanity dominates in all aspects of life. According to what I’ve learned about the Bosnian Genocide, these people have one thing in common: a sense of humanity. Because suffering, happiness, and the virtue of righteousness are all seen in the people of America, it is deemed.

Philosophy is the pursuit of knowledge. This information is gained through a disciplined inquiry and observation process and apprenticeship. Metaphysics, logic, ethics, and epistemology are the four major branches of philosophy. Metaphysics is the study of reality, and it was the first branch of philosophy to be studied. Logic, on the other hand, is concerned with structured reasoning. It incorporates a sound and well-structured strategy to present the facts about events and arguments. The science of morality is known as ethics. It is a question of what we consider to be right or wrong.

Individuals’ processing of information is influenced by the problem of representation, which impacts their idea generation and way of thinking. Mindset impacts decision-making because it affects how people interpret task-related information. I’ve learned that Bosnia and Herzegovina’s war ended in 1995 with a Dayton, Ohio, peace agreement. A weak central authority was established in Srebrenica and the Bosnian Federation. Even if the refugees were allowed to return, I understand that only a small minority of prewar Bosnians have done so. For Bosnian survivors, one of the most difficult aspects of the aftermath was not knowing what had happened to loved ones due to their actions. Bosnian Serb authorities dug mass graves of Srebrenica victims and reburied the bodies across a large region. This inclusion, in my judgment, is conditional (Mbembe 2016). Some people believe that revelations and beliefs contribute to the advancement of philosophy. Philosophy, on the other hand, is a structured mentality. It is necessary to think rationally and examine these ideas to see if they are true. In this case, no ethics and morals in the act led to approximately 20,000 missing people in Bosnia.

The lesson on epistemology issues focuses on the cave, which provides the situation we face in the real world. The idea accords that our assumption of the truth keeps our minds caged. Whatever we perceive as the fact might be a mere illusion or part of a game (Gebrial 2018). This illusion wills us into forceful custody. Unknowingly, one is caged without their consent. To explore the greater truth or discover more, we have broken off from this mentality or assumption of the fact. This impacts the universities and faces a stance concerning de-colonialism today. It is universally perceived that one cannot make it in life without education. However, these are just cages meant to limit the uneducated fellows in society. The lessons I learned have changed my perception of philosophy. From lesson one, Subaltern, I learned that it described a lower social class in the colonial period. The other type of social groups displaced to society’s edges, more so in an imperial colony.

For this reason, everyone seeks to get a college education to appear successful in life. Breaking these cages to know the real success would mean ditching society’s stereotypes about the uneducated fellows. One can be inexperienced but still make it in life and be happy simultaneously. These appear to be the epitome of human success in the world today. Only when the uneducated fellows can question this stereotype, they can break these cages of the mind (Spivak 2010). Bursting through the walls of enclosures spelled out by the society about the essence of formal education for success is critical for realizing true success and happiness in life.

I have learned that politics has evolved in all the phases and peripherals attached to humanity in national and global contexts in some countries like America. The evolution was a long process as diffusion took place in the country through an education system that universities have contributed to, but it was worth the wait. This evolution has shown people that with the changing time, the features of a country adopting good education can be inculcated in their people (Andrews 2021). Today, people love to live in America as an immigrant across the globe due to its openness to diversity. This change is observed when people have started believing in the transition. The natives have shown a drastic move in their lives that has spellbound the people.

These characteristics today are the dire need of students to change their lifestyles. This is the medium that helps them to grow in their life. The Americans have enriched themselves with the essence of humanity that allows them in all aspects. The welfare and community works is another mode through which the people get a closer view to enrich their souls with the positivity they can spread.

Conclusion

From what I understand, our inner self gets changed when we want to enrich ourselves with transformation. From the case of Bosnia Genocide, it portrays humanity as a perfect example of the transformation that has helped people grow and nurture themselves so that it can become an exemplary life for all people. This change can be only possible for students like us in universities when we take a closer view of life by spending time with the natives and adopting their lifestyle. This will help us to become better human beings, and we can be the guide for upcoming generations. This legacy should be continued, and people should transfer all this positivity into their life.
