Introduction

Knowing my personality type, as shown by the MBTI test, is a big part of my journey to becoming a better person. I am quiet, thoughtful, emotional, decisive, and have strong emotions. These things influence the way I like to do things. This paper looks at how each thing affects my personal growth. The goal is to show what I am good at and find out where I can improve. Thinking about these insights, I try to make purposeful choices that will help me grow as a person.

Introversion

With a 59% preference for introversion, I want to have fewer social interactions but with more meaning. This makes me want to be in a calm place where I can have deep talks with others. Recognizing this part of who I am reminds me that I like to focus on having good times with a few close friends, rather than trying to do a lot of things with a lot of people. So, I want to spend time and effort on relationships that are important to me and make me feel good. This way, I can have strong connections with others that are good for my health and happiness. Understanding myself makes me careful about how I act in social situations, and I focus on being real and having meaningful connections with others.

Intuition

I am more likely to trust my gut feelings and use my imagination and curiosity to make decisions because I am 56% intuitive. This part of my personality makes me appreciate being unique and exploring deeper meanings and lots of different options. To embrace this trait, I need to encourage creativity by trying new things and being open to unusual ideas. This makes me think that it’s important to ask questions and to consider different points of view. I believe that new ideas often come from thinking in different and creative ways. I want to make these things a part of my everyday life to make my personal and work experiences better. I want to keep learning and getting better.

Feeling

With a 68% preference for feeling I like to express my emotions and prefer communication that includes sensitivity, empathy, social harmony, and cooperation. This trend shows how important it is to realize and accept my feelings. It helps understand our feelings and the feelings of others better. Taking part in things that make me feel good and being understanding in my relationships is really important for me to grow as a person. This feature always reminds us to make decisions with kindness, which helps make a happy and helpful atmosphere. I try to create good relationships and make people feel happy by following my feelings and values.

Judging

After Conducting the test in NERIS Analytics Limited. (2013), I scored 79% in judging and prefer to be determined, thorough and organized. This part of my personality likes things to be clear, expected and finished. Embracing this trait means making specific goals, creating plans, and knowing the advantages of being organized. Focusing on making good choices helps me decide quickly, and being careful about details makes sure nothing is missed. Being dedicated to the organization not only helps my personal life, but also makes my work better. By getting better at organizing things, I can handle life and problems in a more orderly way. This makes everything easier and more enjoyable in general.

Turbulent

Recognizing and finding joy in small wins is important. It helps me stay positive and motivated to keep growing and learning about myself.

Conclusion

The results of my MBTI test have been helpful in my growth as a person. I feel strong when I embrace my quiet and thoughtful nature, my ability to understand things without being told, my emotional side, and my tendency to be critical and have strong emotions.
