This study question aims to examine the many aspects of leadership communication and how they affect relationships within Saudi organizations. The three types of leadership will all be covered in the analysis: charismatic, transactional, and transformative (Brown et al., 2020). Transformational leadership may strengthen employee connections, which inspires and motivates followers. Relationships may be shaped differently by transactional leadership because of its emphasis on incentives and sanctions. Further, charismatic leadership, which is based on the leader’s personality, has a big impact on connections and relationships within the company.
