I would be able to effectively carry out community health programs with essential skills such as effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities through leadership skills, thereby improving the community’s health statistics.

Nurses must apply their professional skills and expertise to provide high-quality patient care and service delivery with little harm and errors. Comprehending how to access and use data databases and analyze research findings analytically are fundamental quality aptitudes. I would be able to use these skills to improve the quality of care in the community by combining them with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve health status and outcomes.
This is more focused on translation research, in which nurse practitioners should be able to adapt academic research to the clinical situation. This makes it easier for nurse practitioners to understand how to use research to enhance patient health outcomes. On a social level, at the community level, I plan to use this in a future field study to identify various community concerns and discover the best approach to improve care.

This talent can be used in the community by using various technology strategies to educate the community, such as multiple social media platforms to inform the community on healthy behaviors and lifestyles as preventative measures to enhance health status and outcomes.

Nurses use this to influence laws to expand health and social challenges such as poverty, literacy, and violence to aid the population in combating these issues. Nurses can utilize this as an advocacy tactic to empower individuals in the community by giving them accurate knowledge about their rights to care.
