The mode focuses on enhancing communication among patients, families, hospital staff, doctors, and hospital administration. Patient-Focused Communication

At the model’s heart lies patient-focused communication, recognizing patients and their families as central stakeholders. Medical jargon is minimized to ensure clarity, and information is conveyed in simple terms. Hospital-wide Information Dissemination

Flexibility is embedded in the utilization of technology, allowing for real-time adjustments and updates. Predictability is evident through the structured communication channels, fostering an environment where expectations are clear.

Lastly, the utility of the model is twofold. It is a practical guide for hospital staff, enhancing their communication practices and improving patient care. Additionally, it can be a valuable educational resource for healthcare management students, providing insight into effective communication strategies within complex organizations. Respecting patient confidentiality, informed consent for information sharing, and maintaining cultural sensitivity are paramount.
