The environment is also comfortable to ensure quality customer service (Chuang, 2019).
On the other hand, Einstein Bros. bagels started in 1995 and specialized in bagels, sandwiches, and coffee. They serve a variety of bagel flavors, such as plain and sesame, asiago cheese, and blueberry. The chain also serves salads, spreads, and schmears of the bagels. The dining atmosphere of Einstein Bros. bagels is appropriate for breakfast and lunch (Kaufmann, 2018).
Similarities between Starbucks and Einstein Bros. Bagels
- The two chains share several common elements in their operation. Both Starbucks and Einstein bros. Bagels offer coffee drinks. Differences between Starbucks and Einstein bros. Bagels
- Even though these chains share some things, they also have differences that show significant strengths and focus. They differ in primary focus, whereby Starbucks focuses extensively on coffee, offering different coffee blends, espresso drinks, and teas. They also offer pastries and sandwiches as food items. Einstein bros. On the other hand, Bagel specializes in bagels with a wide range of flavor selections. Their menu includes breakfast based on bagels, sandwiches for lunch, salads, and spreads.
- The two also differ in price. Most people say that Starbucks is too expensive compared to Einstein Bros. bagels. Customers who need good-tasting drinks, such as espresso, have to pay extra. In contrast, Starbucks targets to attract various customers, starting with coffee lovers, those looking for working space, and those needing variable beverage selections. In conclusion, both Einstein bros. Bagels and Starbucks are significant in the food and beverage industry with shared elements, but they differ. Einstein bros.
