Adequacy of Existing Telehealth Technology Infrastructure in Organization/ Practice Setting

It is critical to note that workflows will be affected in the organization over the short and the long term. This is because the new technology will help save process time and enhance the realization of quality outcomes. For easy identification of what is working and what is not, a monitoring and evaluation team will be responsible for system oversight, working with the different departments to identify areas of concern that may need to be dealt with (Nakayama et al., 2023). It will include creating a completion report and documenting the entire experience of implementing the new technology. This will focus on the key performance indicators in evaluating the program’s success. It considers aspects such as the relevance and achievement of the project’s objectives, the team’s performance in installing the new technology, and adherence to the project cycle time frame (Nakayama et al., 2023).

Additionally, evaluating the new technology’s sustainability and capacity to meet the organization’s needs will be critical. Various factors will be considered in the maintenance and performance of this new technology.
