Introduction
Drug abuse substances that are illegal, such as Bhang, caffeine, and alcohol, are a major global threat that leads to addiction, which may be difficult to contain in the comminutes today. The campaign to combat drug abuse has been increasing worldwide due to the rise in high crime rates, social-related problems, destruction of families, emotional destruction, and drug-induced death. In commemoration of the event, the content of the war on drugs and mass incarceration should be presented in a time capsule to educate members and take awareness seriously. This educates the members on the general mission of the war against the use of drugs and equips them with knowledge of the negative impact of substance abuse.

In history for commemoration, people in the community who use hazardous psychoactive substances that are illegal, resulting in civil disobedience, should be condemned in writing and included in a time capsule to strengthen the fight against drug abuse. Incorporating this topic in a time capsule in a historic statue will send a strong message to the young generation to make them aware of the consequences and possibly evade crime since major civil disobedience groups are composed of the youths in the community. Those who are addicted can easily avoid it because of mass incarceration or imprisonment due to existing laws of drug abuse in case one violates it. The enforcement of punitive laws in curbing drug abuse has not been ineffective in the recent past, with rising related cases of other crime rates that overwhelm the criminal justice system. Mass imprisonment increases as a result of this rise in crime, where society is the most affected.

The war on drugs and mass imprisonment is essential in that it will condemn a large group of young generation that abuses drugs. The fight will reduce poverty related to drugs who are struggling with poor skills, poor housing, poor health, unemployment, and other social drug-related crimes. In doing so, many community members will harness the energy they can gain by building a community and raising their standards in the labor market. The war on drugs mainly will create peaceful co-existence in the society that has been affected by drug traffickers before in the community. Members will work as a group, which strengthens their unity. This is a result of a drug-free society increasing performance in the workplace. Most people will start abstaining from those drug addictions like alcohol, caffeine, and marijuana.

The start of the fight against drug abuse began centuries back in 1970 and has been limited by scientific and social attitude theories. World Health Organization asserts that over 200,000 people died due to drug-induced death. The organization gave out the methodology of controlling drug abuse from one nation to another since drug substance abuse varies from one country to another from time to time (World Health Organization, 2000). The funding of research on drug abuse increased financially, and the government adopted a drug policy that the members of the community need to abstain from entirely. The policy was to fight drugs, and offenders must be imprisoned and convicted for the crime committed under the stipulated laws. The war continues to contain drug traffickers and create a drug-free environment in the community by creating a campaign of awareness. This is due to an increase in crime rate and social conflicts globally, and drug addiction was declared an epidemic that needs to be contained in nations. This containment of drugs results in a war against abusers and mass imprisonment that capitalizes mainly on the community before it spreads out to other members recently.

Most people use terms like recreational drugs in society to trap those who are trying drugs for the first time despite the real dangers of the destruction of drugs in trying to market them.
