Abstract 

There has been a significant impact of the continued government sanctioning on gender and supremacy in minority communities. This is indicated by the presence of pervasive systemic and structural racism that is carried out in various sectors of the government. Further examination of the effect perpetuated by this practice by the government is needed. As a result, this compendium project entitled “Examining the Structural Impact of Government-sanctioned Gender and White Supremacy on Minority Communities” is aimed at highlighting the negative influence that the government-sanctioned system of gender and white supremacy on minority groups in society. To achieve this, the project will base its analysis on the historical context, legislative frameworks, and socioeconomic data. The projects will highlight the government system and structures that promote the inequalities and marginalization of the stated groups in society (Blosser, 2020). By examining the various incidences of inequalities in legislative policies and intersectional perspectives upheld by the government, the focus on this topic will provide a deep analysis of the multiple struggles minority communities face due to these ill practices existing in the government.

The project will carry out a comprehensive analysis of the racism cases encountered across the globe, such as the protests that occurred after the death of George Floyd in the United States (U.S.). The project will also draw insights from sociological theories, critical race studies, and political science to justify the negative impact of the government-sanctioned system of gender and white supremacy on minority groups the ety (Alouda & Khan, 2022). Nevertheless, the project will shed light on how the activities of racism, gender discrimination, and social status have contributed to the inequalities in society. In addition, the research is aimed at exploring various resistance movements that minority groups have devised in an attempt to fight for their rights in the rigged system and structure.

Vision 

My vision of this capstone project goes beyond receiving academic grades and graduation. I look forward to using the project knowledge to impact the team by championing justice and equality for minority groups. My vision is to raise awareness about the structural impact of government-sanctioned gender and white supremacy on minority communities. The project will serve as an epitome of change by promoting advocacy and policy reforms that can rescue the oppressed in society through inclusion in government systems and structure (Bian, 2022). As a result, this vision is my primary audience, which is policymakers, activists, academics, and community-organize-dups committed to bringing social justice and equality to society. I want to enlighten my audience on the need to address systemic and structural injustices that our governments are promoting.

As a person interested in restoring justice in the community, I aim to use the project as a foundation for my desire to be a diligent researcher, thoughtful analysis, and an excellent advocate for the disadvantaged people in the community. The insights and knowledge gained in this project will inform my future advocacy, policy-making, and community-organizing work. I also aspire to mobilize my peers, mentors, and stakeholders to see the success of this initiative that will contribute to a positive revolution in society. The capstone project is a tool that will restore the dignity of the marginalized and the voiceless in society. Furthermore, it is necessary for my success and the success of the community and government at large since promoting a sound government system and structure can quickly revive the economy by creating an environment promoting development.
