Improving comprehensive, personalized patient care standards depends on emotional intelligence stability, shaping the decision-making and practical problem-solving process. The various meanings, uses, causes, effects, and empirical referents of emotional intelligence were determined. The four traits that comprise emotional intelligence are significant in the practice and management of patients and in the wellness of healthcare practitioners.
