The theme focuses on introducing the children to nature’s wonders and considering their curiosity about the natural world. The kids will be exposed to different aspects of nature, like the environment. Hence, they will participate in hands-on activities and observation to enlarge their memory and appreciation of nature.

The core concept includes the diversity of plants and animals and the interdependence of living things. How nature impacts the weather and the necessity of conserving the environment are also considered to be (studiedHelm, 2020). The aims are developing observation and inquiry skills and cultivating environmental awareness and responsibilities. The concepts are core for students since they interact with nature daily.

- Science and Technology. The teacher and students should use this concept to explore science concepts.
- Social Studies. It is necessary for children since it aids in a better understanding and view of the world.
- Language and Literacy. The children should read and comprehend the text with the information given or required.
- The use of numbers in calculations and operations. It applies to the children’s daily courses, thus being an essential thematic unit.

The unit should be taught and approached by inquiry-based learning, exploration, and discussion. A nature walk is also a relevant aspect while teaching the children to enable them to grasp the content quickly and appropriately. Through the newsletter, we will launch strong associations with families by keeping them up-to-date on thematic units.
