Microsoft is one of the American technology Companies which boasts of being the largest software establishment in the world. It engages in the production of software products and ensures that they are licensed to offer efficient services on a global scale. The history of the Company began on April 4th, 1975, when Bill Gates founded it. Since then, its revenue has grown exponentially and it is listed among the fortune 500 companies. Satya Narayana Nadella is the current CEO who, since her appointment in 2014, has focused on expanding cloud computing for business sustainability (Wynn & Olayinka, 2021). Nadella was selected as the CEO because he knew Microsoft consumers more than any other employee. He vowed to offer a customer-centered approach to expansion. The Company is selected for analysis because it has a unique business strategy that makes it thrive despite the massive competition in its market niche. The vision was, however, refined to be an emerging technology assisting businesses and people worldwide to realize their potential.
