On brief notice, innovations are the scientific changes or improved ones carried out in any given organization or business setting. Remember, the changes that occur in the organization are based on the activities that the individuals carry out in the organizational environment. Most of the ancient mechanisms that individuals carry out in organizations could be more relaxed. Innovations are encouraged for individuals to map the sense of improvement through which they can improve their activities. In an example from our organization, we have the mining, or the activities carried out in the organization of our interest, the mining process. This means that innovations must be done for the organization to change or have new ways of doing things.

Innovations are carried out by individuals who may be working in the organization or may be away from the organization but have a point of interest in the organization (Edquist, 2014). In most cases, an organization that has employed many individuals has an increased rate at which innovations are carried out per unit of time. This means that the innovations or changes that may have been done in the organization may be linked with the workers as the place of origin or may also be part of the individuals working at a distance. However, they are still interested in Anglo American Company.

In most cases, there are circumstances in which most companies need to map some of the innovations. The Anglo-American company has been one of the most common companies based on the mining process at a given time. Therefore, throughout this paper, we are to reflect more on various innovations carried out in the Anglo-American company. This will help us know the level of technology that Anglo American Company is ushered into.
Background Information for Anglo-American Organisation
Anglo-Americans are one of the most common organizations in the United Kingdom. The Anglo-American organization deals with mining by extracting various resources within the earth’s crust. This organization grew as a result of the mining process from 1980. Due to its effectiveness in the mining sector, Anglo American could have enough capital to map its expansion in the global world. Because many activities are involved in the mining sector, this organization has employed several workers in the mining sites. Anglo-American Company is a UK-based organization that is locally in the British. Since Anglo-Americans are based on mining, the organization has increased in popularity because it can release the most high-quality mining resources globally. Some of the mining resources the organization can release to the global market include; Lead, copper, gold, and diamond (Rogers, 2015). These are the main minerals mined in this organization and whose marketing and trading activity has led to the generation of capital that has promoted the growth and expansion of the Anglo-American organization.

Innovations are based on the steps that every individual has to follow to meet the final solution of the new, improved way or the know-how technique. For example, when an individual in any organization wants to carry out the innovation process, one should consider his or her financial status. Innovations are linked to the new technology basics, which involve using skilled personnel and, more so, more improved machines. Based on this, the individuals in every organization should correctly identify the ability to support the innovation process at any given time. Some individuals are involved in the whole process for any activity to occur. These individuals have been trained to be the specialist of a given production line, and one may opt to use them during the innovation process. This means that individuals will have to incur some costs to withstand the cost of innovations. Machines also used in the innovation process make use of fuels, and more so, they require maintenance practice from time to time. This means the individuals must be financially stable to start the innovation process (Wiesböck, 2011). Seeking financial support is the initial process carried out by the individuals who need to implement the innovation at any given organization.
For example, Anglo-American is the organization of our interest. This means that the individuals who want to carry out the innovation process from the organization must first consider finding capital as the first process of their innovation activity. This will make the individuals withstand the cost of all the activities carried out in the innovation process. Secondly, the individuals must have complete knowledge about their inventing process. Innovations are based on the changes that individuals carry out towards a particular organization based on the organization’s activities at any given time. Individuals should therefore have enough information about what they are inventing. For example, in the Anglo-American organization, mining is considered the most common activity carried out in this organization.
For the individuals to carry out the innovation process they want to change the mining process of a given mineral, they must have complete information about the mining process they are about to introduce. This will help the individuals to carry out the innovation process fully and outline the process required for carrying out the innovation step by step. Innovations are based on group work. When one talks of group work, he or she means that one must bid with the best team in any given organization to carry out the innovation process. For example, suppose a worker in an Anglo-American organization is carrying out the innovation process based on the change in the mining process for a given mineral. In that case, he or she must renege with the other organization members to research the innovation topic. For one to carry out the innovation process, group members are crucial because the innovation is based on borrowing ideas from time to time.
This means one requires the other members’ ideas to gain complete information about what they invent. Innovations are based on research that requires the full attention of the individuals and, more so, sharing the essential information concerning the research topic from time to time. This means that for the individuals to invent any change in the organization setting, teamwork is considered to help give out the ideas of what is required in the invention process. For example, in the Anglo-American organization, the individuals carrying out the innovation process must involve the rest of the workplace in the exercise. This will enable the individuals to fully gather the information required for the invention process. Lastly, the individuals carrying out the invention process must consider all the virtual machines required to carry out the invention process if they are available in the workplace or if they can be easily assessed in the market. This means that for the individuals to carry out the innovation process, he or they should consider the availability of the machine required in the process of innovation and, more so, those which will be used after the innovation process.
For example, in the Anglo-American organization, machines are used to process mining various minerals at any given time. Suppose the individual wants to change the mining process of any given mineral or change the mining process of some minerals. In that case, consider the availability of the machines that will be used in the process. Individuals should pay attention to the availability of machines in the Anglo-American organization or similar machines in the marketplace, which can be used to carry out the new mining process that has been invented. Anglo-American is an organization based on the mining process of various minerals found on the earth’s crust. This means the organization grew as the leading mining site across the United Kingdom. Initially, the organization bought a few machines used by the organization’s employees. The managing staff considered the workers’ process of extracting some of the minerals from the earth’s crust tiresome (Sternberg, 2013). This was so because the mining process used simple tools such as the Jembes and the Fork jembe, among many other hard metals that were bought and used in the mining process. As time went by, the workers in the organization started working at a lower rate. This was so because the tools used to extract some of the metals or minerals on the earth’s crust could have been better and tiresome.
Due to this factor, some individuals across the UK state could develop the machines used to carry out the mining process. They bought machines that made the mining process more straightforward for workers working on the sites. Considering the last 3 to 10 years ago, Anglo American organization has also brought about some changes that mapped the point of innovations from the organization. In the world, some few British specialists were able to carry out the innovations for some machines that can be used in the mining process that will help to change the mining activities and, more so, simplify the mining activity between and among the workers in various mining organizations across the global world. This made it easy for the Anglo-American organization to purchase machines. Initially, the organization’s mining process could have been more effective. Most individuals needed to be more energized occasionally, mainly when operating the machines used for the mining process.
The managing staff in the Anglo-American organization considered purchasing the machines introduced in the marketplace that are used for mining. Following the market demand and the need for various customers who traded with the organization, Anglo-Americans considered buying new machines. New machines bought will be used up in the manning process, and they will promote practical mining, ultimately leading to the release of the required minerals to the global market at any given time. Recently, the company has been able to purchase some of the machines that involve drills. Drills are used to dig deep to the point where some minerals’ mineral ore can be found within the earth’s crust.

Drills are considered to be machines that various individuals invent as a result of new and improved technology. Remember, improved technology improved the individual’s know-how, or the technology made the individuals sharpen their minds on how they can come up with new and improved ways to carry out various activities that are performed by human beings. Drills brought about many changes in the Anglo-American organization as they brought about new ways and methods through which underground mining could be carried out at any given mining site. Apart from the drills changing the mining criteria in the Anglo-American organization, individuals were also trained to use the machine. This means that the workers in the organization were impacted with the know-how techniques on how they can handle the added machine in the organization. This brought about a change in the skills between and among the workers in the Anglo-American organization.
Minerals mined in Anglo-American organizations were transported to various marketplaces where customers and other organizations could reach them. This means that, for the mined minerals to be transported from the mining site to the Anglo-American organizations for processing and, more so, for transporting the final products from the organization to the marketplace, machines were used for transportation. Initially, the trucks used to transport the final products produced from the organization to the target market were small (Rogers, 2015). They could transport a limited amount of goods to the target market. Due to this limitation, some individuals across the British country were able to innovate how they could come up with large-sized trucks that could be used for transportation purposes.
Finally, the innovation was based on the change in the tank size of the trucks that were actually used up and more so making some of the modifications on the engines of the trucks to make them able to transport a lot of goods or materials in bulk. Following this innovation to the global world, the Anglo-American organization could make some innovations or, instead, changes based on the inventions. The organization was able to purchase the trucks that were released in the entire world. Due to this, the organization could transport the number of final products produced from the company to the marketplaces. This brought about a change in the production line of the organization. As a result of the fact that the organization was able to purchase the trucks that can transport the goods that are produced from the organization in large amounts, the organization’s production increased. The number of goods and services released by the Anglo-American organization increased.

This is because the correct means of transportation could be available to transport the final products released from the organization to the final market. This action made the workers also come up with new ways that they can do to improve their rate of production in the organization. The workers employed in the mining sites also came up with new ways to extract the minerals in large amounts, forcing them to carry out various innovations. This was to maintain the number of minerals required by the individuals processing them to release the final products to the target market. Besides the trucks changing the production line of the organization, the trucks also opened new trading to the workers working there. This is so because as the number of products increased in the organization, the number of trucks required to transport these products to the market also increased.
This resulted in the tanning of some of the organization’s workers on how to drive these trucks. This action increased the know-how levels among the Anglo-American organization’s workers. Innovations are the basics that have formed the expansion of the Anglo-American organization (Davis Jr, 2012). As a result of the individuals coming up with new ways of doing things in the organization, the organization has changed the production of the final products released after miming the minerals from the mining site. These products have earned a lot of impact and capital to the organization that was used up as the agent for the expansion of the organization.
Recommendations on how the Anglo-American organization can manage the innovations in 2022 and beyond.
Anglo American organization has been involved in long-lasting innovations suspected to last for an extended period. This is considered the most critical aspect of the organization as it will help it sustain most of its activities. Some of the organization’s innovations include purchasing the drill machines used in the mining sites. The Anglo-American organization invented the drill machine to help individuals to carry out deep mining or what is referred to as underground mining. Initially, the organization struggled, especially regarding extracting the minerals deep down the earth’s crust. Due to this innovation that the organization has carried out, the minerals that are found deep down in the earth’s crust have been made possible to be extracted. This has led to an increase in the supply of mineral products in the organization (Edquist, 2014). To maintain the invented drill machine, the organization should keep in touch with the individuals or workers using the machine in the mining sites.
This will make the organization aware, especially when the machine is not in good condition. This will allow the organization to repair the machine occasionally, especially when some parts become worn out. Proper maintenance of the drill machine will make the company have a land stay service for the machine. This will help the organization to gain many benefits from the machine as it will make the work more accessible for the workers who are carrying out the underground mining process, and this will increase the supply of the minerals that are required in the organization and more so maintain the constant flow of the minerals in the organization from 2022 and above years. The other innovation or rather the change that was made in the Anglo-American organization is the purchasing of the modern trucks that are used in the transportation of the final products that are released from the organization as a result of processing the minerals that are mined from the mining sites to the global market. This promotes the rate at which the organization maintains the constant flow of goods and services to the marketplace and helps the organization maintain the constant supply of the products in bulk. The organization can maintain these trucks to stay over a long period by ensuring that there is constant repairing of the broken parts of the trucks from time to time and, more so, servicing the trucks(Balham, 2010). This will make it possible for the organization to enjoy the services provided by the trucks. The other way through which the organization can make it possible to have the trucks that form one of the innovations done in the organization is by ensuring that the individuals handling and, more so, driving the trucks are qualified. This will help the trucks not break from time to time, which will help maintain the trucks to stay for an extended period.

There are processes involved for the individuals to carry out the innovation process. To think thoroughly about innovations, one needs to consider some necessities. This includes using the set amount of capital used to support and, more so, laying the foundation for the activities carried out during the innovation process. This will help the individuals carrying out the innovations to support various activities carried out in the process. The other factor is the knowledge, or the know-how technique, towards the actual innovation that is carried out. Individuals should consider being in groups, especially when carrying out innovations, to help them share the required information. Lastly, using machines is also the other basic process for innovation.

The company is based on the mining process that aims to release various minerals to the market. The organization’s innovations include purchasing drill machines used in underground mining minerals. This will help to simplify the activities that are carried out during the underground mining of various minerals. Trucks form the other innovation that the organization carried out. Trucks change the means and bulkiness of the final products released from the organization due to processing the minerals mined from the mining sites. Care and good maintenance should be carried out on these machines to make them work and benefit the organization in the coming years.
