The convergence of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 worlds makes the transition between media unnoticeable, as evident in the merger of IoT devices and blockchain transactions to everyday internet usage (Anne, 2024). This convergence will likely be further reinforced as applications become increasingly integrated and interoperable. The next step in the development of these applications could be more integration of virtual and real worlds with the application of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies (Steinicke & Wolf, 2020). We may experience a more realistic internet where the users can cope with the digital content in the three-dimensional space and, in advance, blur the lines between the digital and physical world.
In addition, with the growth of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), Web 3.0 applications will become smarter and more suitable for user requests (Bharadiya, 2023). AI-driven personalization has the potential to create a smarter and more customized internet environment where applications learn user preferences and provide personalized content and suggestions.
In conclusion, the influence of Cluetrain Manifesto on Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 applications has been enormous, contributing to a culture of transparent speech and user empowerment. As we face the future, we can expect our technologies to get more integrated, more intelligent, and more immersive, changing how we connect to the digital universe and each other. The Manifesto principles will likely shape the future of this process even more than now so that the internet keeps being a place where people freely communicate and collaborate.

The manifesto suggests that in the internet era, markets have become faceless entities guided by impersonal forces, that are made up of individuals engaging in conversations (Levine et al., 2011). This dimension highlights the crucial ingredients of authentic communication and personal voice in business communications. It allows a company to interact with a consumer on a human basis, using natural and open language.
The manifesto put forward the transformative power of conversations enabled by the internet. It implies that those conversations are key to forming clever and well-informed markets that can break the tradition of producers deciding the terms (Waddington, 2016). This factor emphasizes the transition from a one-way conversation to a two-way dialogue in which consumers play a leading role.

These marketplaces are buying and selling goods and services and exchanging knowledge and experiences related to those transactions. The systems could integrate smart contracts to control and secure trades, developing confidence among the technology users.
Furthermore, we could expect the emergence of cooperative platforms that unite AI and machine learning to boost the user experience. These platforms could analyze conversation patterns to offer personalized content and recommendations. This would make the internet more adaptive and customized, based on each individual.
Additionally, innovative apps form to authenticate online communication. For instance, an app that validates the source of user-generated content and an AI-powered moderator that ensures the integrity of information in an internet conversation are essential tools.
In conclusion, the Cluetrain Manifesto’s perspectives of humanized markets, the power of conversations, and the decentralization of information lead us to a future of internet apps with a greater focus on the clients, more privacy, and more power to the user. Future generations’ apps will strive to develop further the meaning of personal responsibility, sincere relationships, and transparency in the digital world. This principle will become a pillar supporting us and a bright spot leading us into the future, as well as being our guiding point during inventing and redesigning the field of internet apps.
