Also, Walmart’s commitment to diversity is evident in its philanthropic efforts. The Walmart Foundation has awarded more than $1 million in grants to support diverse communities. These initiatives include programs that promote workforce development, education, and economic opportunity (Kroger, 2021). The Walmart Foundation is also a leading supporter of the United Negro College Fund. This organization provides scholarships and financial assistance to minority students.

Conclusively Walmart is a company that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The company has made concerted efforts to promote a diverse and inclusive environment. These efforts are evident in Walmart’s workforce, policies, and practices. The company is also a leading supporter of multicultural initiatives and organizations that promote diversity.
