A politician named Arvind Kejriwal introduced a scheme called Odd-Even, in which cars ending with odd numbers were allowed to get outside on the roads on alternate days starting from Monday, and the rest, that is, the cars whose number plate ends with an even number was allowed to get outside, that is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The people were advised to use public transport on the days when their personal vehicles were prohibited from surfing in the city. This helped Delhi, a city in India, to recover from the hopeless level of pollution in the city. Procurement of any project has severe and significant implications. They are like project outcomes; it matters the most that the project a team has been working on for a long time gives a good result from the hard work done. This all was pulled while making and maintaining the proper standard and respect for the Elizabeth Line project. The Early Contractor Involvement, also known as the ECI approach, was brought into use by the crew to reduce the risks and damage that could associate with the designing of the project. Also, the most significant part of the project, that is construction. By adding the contractors early on in the project, the safety for the most basic yet most important and crucial features of the project was ensured. By taking help from experienced and professional contractors, all the potential risks and damages that could have caused problems and complications in the successful procurement of the project were counter-attacked and solved early hand. This helped the construction crew identify all the risks and complications before the construction began. The procurement process prevented the hardship of rework and delays due to unwanted troubles and mistakes and saved much of the budget for the other parts of the project.
