Insights Gained From the Course

This has helped me a lot when planning my future and socializing with others. The course has given me the courage to face different people by making friends with them and when it comes to making transactions and other dealings. After attending this class, I have developed my skills and management of my time (Kressler, 2020). I enabled myself to figure out what I wanted to achieve for my future and take challenges in life.

It is interesting to put S.M.A.R.T ways in decision-making. Our decisions should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. It applies in any aspect, and life matters; using it will guide you to achieve better results. All of what has been discussed are important to me; many are treasurable and essential to the professional world. When I finish my studies, I know there will be much more to memorize, learn new skills and knowledge, meet many people, and find a new direction in life; more challenges are expected, and some are not. The good thing is that I have learned the basics because of what has been taught to me in the course. The principles, methods, theories, and so on. I cannot state all of it as it blew me away to memorize them all, but the essence of those is still in my heart and mind. Become an ethical example wherever you come in.

Challenges Experienced

The most challenging part for me is no specifics, but it is about memorizing. Anything that needs to be memorized word by word or formula by formula takes my time to have repetitive reviews and ensure that anything I memorize remains in my head for the needed period. The topics are interesting; you must think broadly and place yourself into it, so I greatly enjoy it.

Metacognitive Strategies to Monitor Performance

Metacognitive strategies are essential to learning and career development. Some strategies include planning for tasks, evaluating the task’s success, organizing and gathering necessary learning materials, arranging my schedule and study space, identifying my personal needs and learning style, evaluating and adjusting to other learning strategies, and monitoring errors and mistakes.

Faith and Learning Experiences during the Course

In my course, I integrated faith learning. I also identified that the brilliant design of God is widespread in all disciplines, and its identification reveals the nature of man, redemption, God, order, purpose, and salvation. I also learned that studying by faith works because it gave me hope and increased my efforts toward making and achieving good performance at the end of the course.

What I Could Have Done Differently

Throughout my course, I enjoyed and did my best to achieve what I aspired to achieve at the end of the semester. Through learning, one can grab relevant details necessary for application in life. One can understand why people act in different manners, the difference between them, and what makes them become the way they are.

If I am given another opportunity to begin the semester again, I will be more active and participate in sharing ideas and knowledge about the topic. It is good to participate fully because at the end of every day, whatever has been taught will be reflected in the examinations and the near future. We did our best despite being struck by the pandemic (Oldfield et al., 2021). Evidently, if the pandemic did not affect us, we would have enjoyed the course and made excellent actualizations.

Encouraging Comments to Other Classmates

My encouragement to the students joining the course and my classmates is that, as far as they enjoy learning, they should master the basics of life in their minds and hearts to apply them in the profession after completing the course. The learning in class may not come in the exams and assignments, but they should be taken happily and seriously to apply afterward.
