Identify Your Earliest Exposure to People Who Were Racially or Culturally Different

Zack Taylor is one of the five original Power Rangers, and he is a character who is of African American descent. His physical prowess and signature slogan, “Yo, yo, yo!” have made him the team’s second-in-command, and he is famous for both of these things. Zack has a healthy respect for his family history and is ready to speak out for what he considers suitable. Additionally, he has an open mind and does not shy away from expressing his feelings. When I was very young, my family and I used to watch episodes of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers together, and it was the first time I saw characters of a different race or culture from myself. When I was eight years old, I had my first experience with people who were not just of a different race but also of a different culture. I am of a distinct race and culture than others since I am of African American descent, and because of this, I am an African American. In addition, my parents and younger sister were huge fans of the program, and the three of them would often argue about which of the rangers the most impressive was. The program made me realize that there was a whole other world out there to discover, and it was always one of my favorite things to do because of this revelation. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was an essential program for me to watch because it taught me that other people in the world were just like me. However, the show does not accurately portray many of the world’s cultures and ethnicities. Zack Taylor is one of the few black characters in the program and is shown as a powerful and competent guy. In addition, Zack Taylor is a protagonist. This demonstrates that it is possible for anybody, regardless of their color or ethnicity, to achieve success if they are willing to put in the necessary effort.

Zack Taylor was not just the first Black Ranger but also the first African American Ranger. He was the first Black Ranger. In addition to being an excellent leader, he was constantly looking out for the well-being of his friends and teammates. He constantly maintained a cheerful attitude, making him an excellent example for children. He was a fantastic buddy, and you could always count on him to have your back. He was a genuine hero and endeavored to behave honorably in every situation (O’Melia, 2019). In addition to that, I found his unconventional combat technique, which combined gymnastics and martial arts, to be awe-inspiring. Zack was a tremendous source of motivation for me, and the most valuable thing he taught me was to fight for what you believe in and never to give up no matter how difficult things become. I will always hold him in the highest regard since he is a genuine hero.

I think it was positive because it exposed me to racially and culturally different people. I was able to learn about their cultures and see how they lived their lives. This experience helped me to understand and appreciate people from different cultures. It also made me more open-minded and tolerant of people who are different from me.
