One of them was that a timetable had to be developed and kept in place for time management to be effective. For example, it would be time efficient to put down the three assignments due next week in a planner, choose when to do them, and not change what has been written down. This will assist in holding the student responsible for completing the tasks listed in their planner when allocated. Another important topic covered in learning was the necessity of energy and time efficiency. Energy management is crucial because it takes energy to do tasks to be productive (Cooremans & Schönenberger, 2019). For instance, it would be preferable to do homework earlier in the day when one is more energetic rather than later when one lacks energy. This will only lead to Someone delaying the process, losing attention, and performing the task poorly.

I learn through a variety of methods. Using visual learning is one of the ways I understand. I enjoy watching films or listening to the professor’s doodle on the board because it helps me connect what I am hearing with what I’m seeing. Having a face-to-face training for laboratories is essential. Using the resources required for the lab, labs are participatory, hands-on learning experiences that demand both visual and aural learning. The lab instructor does practical demonstrations to ensure the success of the laboratory. Without face-to-face meetups, learning how to do a lab activity and comprehend the subject matter at hand is possible. Distracted learners benefit from the online format. Thanks to this possibility, Someone may learn at their own pace and in their own setting. They can customize the surroundings to their needs and plan their duties so that they are completed when they are feeling energetic.

Taking blended classes is another effective learning strategy for me. Because it is simpler to go back and listen to lectures that have been posted, especially if something needs to be added in class, blended courses have proven to be helpful for my learning. Studying is more straightforward because I can pause the lecture and research it to better understand what is happening if I don’t grasp something. In contrast to a lecture course, making up missed material in a class setting may take time and effort. The fact that I do not have to concentrate on taking notes makes the blended course beneficial for my learning. It can be challenging to comprehend what is happening while focusing on taking notes. I want to write down only some things and end up not listening to what the professors are saying.

My ability to interact with academics and enthusiasm for learning are my strong academic points. I constantly interact and establish a rapport with my lecturers to learn what they anticipate of me as a student and to voice my requirements. Professor communication is crucial, and I have found it beneficial. I need to communicate with my teachers to ask questions when I don’t grasp something. If I go to the professor’s office, they can explain the subject or point me toward suitable materials. Since I visit the professor’s office if I don’t perform well on an exam and ask for guidance on how to better prepare for the course, communicating has helped me improve my test scores. My enthusiasm for learning is another asset I possess. I enjoy learning; therefore, it helps when I’m having fun with my studies and writing papers.

My inability to complete tasks quickly and control my worry and anxiety are academic shortcomings. I procrastinate, making responsibilities like writing papers, taking tests, and other assignments challenging. Additionally, this leads to incomplete projects, subpar work, and poorer grades. My ability to handle my stress and anxiety is also impacted when I put off things. When I’m anxious, it might be challenging for me to concentrate as I study or sit down to write an essay. When I am eager to be productive, I need more than this to help with my academics; it makes it more challenging. By maintaining contact with my teachers and making sure that I am having fun while studying, I intend to play up my talents. I’ll use the time management skills I’ve picked up in this course to strengthen my areas of weakness. I’ll work on keeping to the schedule and entering all my assignments into my planner. To lessen my stress, I intend to engage in stress-relieving activities.

In conclusion, this course taught me how to excel in nursing school. Time management was the essential subject in this course that interested me. Both in nursing school and in the field of nursing, time management is necessary. To produce better-quality work, it is essential to complete lifelong chores promptly. Throughout nursing school, I will always remember the lecturers’ advice, and that is what matters most.
